Well, to expand on that statement: The notion made in "Nineteen-Eighty-Four" that states that to be insane is to simply to be in a minority of one really can be applied to all of us.
All of us are, in one way or another, regardless of how we may feel, within our own minds because due to their nature they cannot be any other way.
Regardless of our possible inclinations to march into harpo studios and punch Rachel Ray in the face, twice, and regardless of others' opinions on these inclinations, we are incapable of beginning to understand that our thought patterns may be somewhat unstable.
