No one remembers it because who in their right fucking mind used the Spinning Bird Kick? If you deigned to pick Chun Li at all, you either spammed the shit out of her rapid kick (name escapes me) or you did that move where you held down + FK and tapdanced on someone's head. I think, after spending a half million load of laundrys worth of quarters on SFII over the years, I've seen the computer execute the SBK exactly once. Against another player, never. Because no one ever fucking picked Chun Li, unless it was a 12 year old trying to stare at cartoon boobs and thighs (this was before Cammy, btw)

Or you picked Ryu, learned the shoryuken, and never picked anyone else again until Akuma became selectible some million revisions later.
