The more exposure she gets, granting interviews and such, the more she just looks like a publicity/money-hungry bitch who wants to milk this thing for as many endorsement and tv deals as possible. At this point, she seems like she's totally disconnected from the reality of having brought 8 extra kids into the world with no discernable plan for taking good care of them and no intention of giving them up.

With the deliberate "poise" she's affecting, I'm fairly sure she sees herself as a bonafide A-lister at this point.
