First off all he needs to somehow conceal everything about himself that is nerdy and pathetic. For a start no one, not even Internet people, think fucking wolves is cool so that should be the first to go. If he already owns a costume of some sort he should claim he worked a whole summer as a children's entertainer and pray she never finds all the jizz stains inside.
Next up he needs to sell all his Nintendo paraphernalia and upgrade his PC to be able to run normal games that normal people play. Make him buy the Orange box and play it in its entirety then ask him "Now do you see how far gaming has come while Nintendo still pump out gay Mario-themed party games?".

Finally slap him in the face and tell him to quit being such a cunt-flap.

If these stops are followed to the letter he will emerge from his gay little cocoon of nerdy queerness and become a majestic butterfly of relative normality.
