As for the first argument, as has been pointed out the pedestrians do have more mobility. On the other hand, drivers have a large metal shell around them basically. However, it's still unfair for peds to not follow the rules and jump out in front of cars. It's scary at the very least. It's also one of the reasons I hate driving and limit my activities mostly to whatever's in walking distance (though as a random person online once said, anything is in walking distance if you've got enough time).

I think what matters most is that whether its pedestrians or other drivers hell is other people ;9

also this argument is gay anyway since half of what has been said is that when you're driving other drivers are fucking scary. Somebody threw their stinky fish comments in this thread and their name is ELX
