i HATE my voice

I always thought my voice was reasonably deep, or at least obviously male. Then some woman on the phone called me "ma'am". Maybe I just sound like a 50-year old lady who's drunk scotch and smoked a pipe all her life. ...I can live with that.

I also got mistaken for a girl for a woman at a store once (she was looking down at the counter when she noticed me), but that was because of my long hair. But the bitch seemed to actually get angry at me for looking like a girl when I corrected her.
