Insurance companies sans obamacare have "Death panels." Even doctors make decisions on who should receive what treatments and what is too risky. They don't give new livers to alcoholics. False flag government sponsored terror exists. Terrorism as a military tactic exists but the terrorism that the media portrays doesn't exist in the slightest.
