So two weeks ago I thought of an amazing Halloween costume. I didn't write it down so I have no idea who it is. All I remember is that the person is not a fictional character, they have a goatee (not a beard or mustache) and they kinda look like Rog from good ol' I-Mockery here. Any idea of who it could be?
