It's a preliminary diagnosis, but it's from an actual rheumatologist. There's tons of bloodwork he has to do first to rule out shit like lupus, MS, vitamin D deficiency, etc.

That being said, he did the whole touching certain pressure points, and I ended up in excruciating pain for the rest of the day. I'm pretty sure he's right. He said it's probably fibromyalgia and a vitamin D deficiency along with IBS. He'll call me in a day or two to call me in for bloodwork.
