I have never participated in one of these, nor had I ever followed any of the threads. This Microshock character piqued my interest, so I spent a while checking out his "glorious" history.

I mean good goddamn.

It's almost enough to turn a newbie off to the whole thing. The fact he's not participating is the only thing that kept me from running to the hills and taking my (hopefully) awesome gift ideas with me. Nevertheless, I am really looking forward to this.
