I'm giving up soda and caffiene :(

I'm a coffee conoisseur, so I drink it in absurd quantities. If I have a fair amount of time to prepare breakfast, I'll french press a quart of dark roasted coffee and let it brew for at least ten minutes. A few months ago that would have no effect on me, but after Lent my tolerance was severely decreased. I used to sit down with my homework from 23.00-3.30 and drink two mugs of espresso mixed with hot cocoa mix, and its effect on me would be quite minimal.
