I just ate a brot stuffed with cheese wrapped in bacon and deep fried on a bun smothered in cheese onions and some sort of fancy german mustard with a side of green chili and choizo cheese fries. God I feel like I'm about to die but damn was it good.
Best part is I'm about to hop in the car with the fam for a there hour ride home.
