There's a lot of children's books that are, in some ways, simple enough to be enjoyed by children yet multi-layered with a subtle complexity that can be enoyed and even discussed by adults. The Narnia series by C.S. Lewis is a good example ... the Dr. Seuss children's books provide numerous examples. Do yourself a favor and read something before you comment on it. And if the topic and/or genre doesn't interest you: Shut. the. fuck. up. That is all.
