I was at a Renaissance Fair or some such shit and there was either a very young Joey Ramone or a Joey Ramone impersonator there, and I kept running into him. Then later we were on a tour bus and Monte Melnick was there, and my mom asked him why the street we were on had stops every 10 feet. And he said "Because the FBI is on this street" and it made perfect sense.
