That's legitimately the first Tetsuya Nomura character design that had me laughing out loud. That shit is a popped dracula collar, two halves of a skirt and two halves of a cape,
gothic black leather shoulder pads tapering down into opera gloves, and a backless corset... thing. If you got rid of the non-leather parts of that outfit it'd be something from fucking Aeon Flux. Not to mention it's clipping into itself during that initial closeup. Fucking classy.
What really set me off though was the fucking sunglasses at the end. There are no words. Nomura's got to be just taking the piss out of himself at this point, there's no way he isn't.
