I like Doctor Who, but holy hell do I hate the fans.

Well, seeing who David Tennant married, I think he's intent on creating a master timelord race.

I liked them all except for Colin Baker, who at all times came off as a smug bastard. Tom Baker was "my" doctor, the one I grew up with and watched with my friend on her shitty basement TV when Doctor Who was on PBS late at night.

I did enjoy the fact that they chose a clever, but not particularly young or rakishly handsome, next Doctor. I'm hoping that will elevate it back out of the stupid-fangirl zone and make it more like it used to be. It used to be that nerds like myself were actual social outcasts and not something an idiot aspires to in order to be trendy.
