Multiple exposures every week in the beginning (far fewer now though because I live in the snart part of 'Murica). Seeing the hospital pushed to but not quite over the edge. A lot more people intubated, some dying. Having security forcibly remove people because of a strict policy against visitors. Trying to make intoxicated or otherwise altered people keep masks on is fun. Etc.
