What is so funny is that Vince is contesting the definition of the word "lie" in the exact same manner that Clinton contested the definition of "sexual relations".

Vince, what exactly are you trying to prove? That Bush is no less a dickhead than Clinton? Bush gave the world certainties and confirmations that he knew were at best shady and at worst picked out of a hat. Now you can balk all you want about how this does not constitue as a lie, but tell me this: was Bush HONEST to the American public when he told them he was certain of the threat of Iraq?
