Actually Mike, Saudi Arabia has the largest oil reserve not Iraq. Also - Al Qaeda aren't "a select terrorist group" at all. They're a union of several terrorist groups mostly all hailing from the middle east. When a country is attacked by a group of people hailing from one part of the world, it's pretty obvious it's going to be followed by some disdain for part of said region. It's not in the corrupt Bush governments favor to be "anti middle east" when their strongest business ties are in fact in the fucking middle east, not to mention the key issues Bush hopes to get re-elected with.
