That he did. Did anyone else notice the creativity of the Mega Man boss names slowly fall through the floor? ("Hard Man! You know... because he's....umm, hard. And he can.... do hard things.")

Maybe, but also, try Mega Man X4-6 on the PSX. Zero has this "HAH, HOO, HAH!", Zorro-ish kinda voice....

...while Mega Man more or less barks out this dog/frog/penguin hybrid of a squawk every time he gets hit. Or the ever funny "TAKE THAT!", spoken as harshly as a 5 year old with a dodgeball.

Intimidating.

More characters I hate:

-Eggplant fucking Wizards (Kid Icarus)

-Mr. Sandman from Punch Out. I only say this because after playing the original on NES, then getting the ROM, and finding out the control I bought to use with my ROMs ain't quite as responsive as an NES Control Pad...argh!

-Top Man (Mega Man 3). Useless.

-The old man in the original Legend Of Zelda. RoG probably saved my sanity with the "Kill The Old Man" game on the main site... it's something I'd been wanting to do since the late 80's.

-Umaro from Final Fantasy 6 (3 US). I just don't fucking care for characters I can't control.

-Princess Peach, if for any other reason, just the fact that the computer AI on Smash Brothers Melee seems to be able to beat me using only this character. And use her flawlessly. Grr.

-The red knights from Wizards and Warriors. Along with the old man from Legend of Zelda, you can't know how badly I wished you could shove your sword, hilt and all, right between this guy's eyebrows.
