I can understand why they would be doing this, to an extent.

SideshowToy.com deals with a lot of high-priced items, so they want to make sure someone isn't purchasing them through illegal means. But when the last name and address match (the two things they said there was a problem with), I don't understand why they must be forced to cancel my order.

I still don't know how we're supposed to fax them authorization. "Dear SideshowToy.com. Please allow my son to use my credit card to buy a birthday present I was getting for him." Complete with a signature they cannot confirm as being legit.

Seriously, what the fuck? And WHY do I have to wait so fucking long to try again. I hope I can change my address information to her name after this is all done with.
