Making GTA better?

I used to play GTA2 on a few networked computers here with friends. It is great fun just killing each other various ways and having road wars. Instant gangs and all. If you can't see how that would be fun on its own then oh well.

edit: I have VC on PC but it isn't exactly "official." I wonder if it would still work.
