I doubt its an overheating problem in that I downloaded a program that monitors my CPU temp through Windows. It fluctuates around 50 degrees, although I dunno how accurate that may be. Anyway, I called them up and got a RMA# in order return the CPU and motherboard so they can make replacements if necessary (they friggin better.) We'll see what happens... moral of the story, try not to order parts online!
