I went to a party in which mad quantities of alcohol were involved. After a long round of "I have Never" we started playing Truth or Dare, and pretty quickly the only garments worn in the room were a few girls' panties. It was my turn to dare someone to do something, and I was like "you! off with the panties!" and she was like "no!". So I posed the question, what more can be done when everybody's naked? So that's when the party ended. Furthermore, I've always found girls at concerts are more likely to flash their tops than drop their bottoms. Hell, some girl flashed me her bra in the subway seemingly by accident. It never made sense to me why some girls were so liberal with their milk makers yet so defensive with their clam beards.
