I once tried a character like this back on EZBoards. He was that guy who claimed to be an HTML wizard, and was offering his HTML expertise. But I couldn't keep it up because it hurt my brain to try and deliberately act like I had the IQ of meat.
So I'm fairly certain this guy is real, or some stupid person's stupid character. I can't imagine anyone otherwise putting themselves through such head trauma just to irritate us.
