Whatever happened to this show?

A while back, there was supposed to be a new Comedy Central show about some woman. I can't remember too many details, but I remember one of the ads for it being her waking up next to a homeless man, and talking on the phone to a friend about what a great guy he is.

It was gonna premiere, but then it just completely vanished before making it to TV. Anyone know the details, or the show I'm talking about?

They were ads for a show that was going to premiere. I remember them starting the ads that gave a premiere date, but then the whole thing just vanished.

i do think i remember seeing one no more than once that said something abotu a show but maybe i blocked it out of my memory because it was so fucking retarded.
