because my brother's football team was having a fundraiser car wash at the same time as the highscool band and choir was. I went and had my car washed by the band a choir kids. My dad tried to tell me some shit about being loyal, and I tried to explain to him how the football team gets twice the budget of the fine arts program and the fine arts program is a better aid to students. I gave him statistics on how only one graduate from this year is going to college on a football scholorship but we have ten people going on music scholarships. He just told me that sports "build character" so I walked out of the room and he yelled at me.
