Some of you would say the answer is to enlist more females. Unfortunately, odds are they would be stupid. I propose a radical new business plan under which we vote 16 males off the boards, rounding out our active membership to about 60, and ~ 70%/30% gender ratio! I'll be in contact with The_Moderator to see if he's interested in taking part in this endeavor.
