Since I had upgraded my shields and Tali died later on once inside the collector ship, I sent her into the tunnels to open a back door somewhere or whatever, and when she got out she was shot in the back from a stray laser before I could close some broken doors or, you know, whatever the fuck was going on. Also, my lezzer love interest with the red hair died from being stuck in one of those cocoons. I upgraded my ship fully, did every single one of the loyalty missions, and raped the entire universe 100% of all its natural resources while I was at it. Maybe my Paragon level wasn't the highest it could get...hmmm.. I did have a spat with Miranda after taking Legion on board, but even that bitch survived to the end.
