I think his post was focusing more on the whole death panel myth thing that Palin still clings to. And you, apparently. No one here has ever disagreed that this is just a bailout for insurance companies.

Death Panels are in the Obamacare bill, they aren't a myth.

This law will force Americans to enroll in "qualified" health plans – that is, plans approved and controlled by the government. Americans will be invited to "choose" between "public" and "private" insurance plans, but will find little difference between them. "Public" or "private," they will all follow the same rules, dictated by the Department of Health and Human Services – the same agency, incidentally, which issued the report, titled "The High Concentration of U.S. Health Care Expenditures, 2006."

How will Obama cut costs? His June 13 radio speech gave some hints. Obama said his plan would provide "incentives" to doctors to "avoid unnecessary hospital stays, treatments and tests that drive up costs."
And what sort of treatment does Obama consider "unnecessary?" In an ABC News special June 24, he implied medical treatment might be wasted on elderly people with grave illnesses, citing his own grandmother as an example.
Dying of cancer, with less than a year to live, Obama's grandmother broke her hip. "[T]he question was, does she get hip replacement surgery

, even though she was fragile enough they were not sure how long she would last?" asked the president.

It turns out that Obama's grandmother did get the hip replacement – though he did not say so on ABC that night. Obama left the story about his grandmother unfinished, but went on to suggest that other people faced with such choices might do well to forget about surgery and settle instead for palliative or comfort care – treatment that helps you feel better while you are dying, but does not prolong your life.

This is not a battle against Palin and Obama. It's about rationing care to our elder and sickly citizens. All of which is allowed in the bill.

Denial of care, Rationing of care, state mandates, compulsory purchases of for profit insurance plans, cuttng of medicare benefits....

No one cares about Palin. She's an imbecile. Read the bill.

WorldNetDaily is totally unbiased, though, right? It's not like it's a ultra conservative site or anything.
I thought that you were opposed to the "talking heads" of Fox, CNN and other "news" companies. That's why I was a little confused when you linked from this site, one which Bill O'Reilly has written for. Surely you don't just take bits and pieces of things that fit in with your view point and use them without considering how reliable they are. :O

There's nothing in there about death panels. If by death panels you mean insurance companies can deny care, well, they can do that now so don't you think calling such a thing a "death panel" just because there's some pointless bill now is a little asinine?

lol, are you that naive to believe that a left-wing news website would actually post the existence of death panels / rationing of care / cuts in medicare?

Absolutely not, all they talk about is the small little insignificant things in the bill that "regulate" the health care industry (who wrote the entire bill).....which aren't compulsory but merely voluntary....that sound good to the duped public.

This bill is a monstrosity and yet again the American people are going to swallow it, hook, line UN sinka! I don't even know why we continue to debate this.....we've agreed on the farce this bill is. Are we really haggling over if the Death Panels exist? They do....they obviously won't be called that. They'll probably be called "Happy Advisory Boards" which...as it says in the bill....will RATION CARE....DEATH = Rationing of Care....SURPRISE....genocide!

Anyone get that movie reference?
