I spent the night fixing the volume but then jixby's voice got disorted, there was more static.

I don't even have the files anymore, I had to delete them because after I was finished my computer wouldn't run for shit.

Maybe if you send it to someone who is good with sound editing that can fix the final file (like making jixby quieter without messing with ours, i think it's called limiting, I don't know)
